The Kevin Bacon scene is gorier and it's easy to see why the MPAA demanded a few seconds cut there as well. Ya, it's only 11 seconds, but Annie's throat slicing at the beginning is a cool Tom Savini effect that should be seen uncut. Well, it was the MPAA that forced the cuts in the first place over 30 years ago so that the film could get an R rating instead of an X.
